Guastamacchia S.p.A. was founded in 1968 in Ruvo di Puglia, in the province of Bari. Its founder, Gioacchino Guastamacchia, then just in his twenties, now serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of a company that has continuously grown and innovated over the years.
In 1984 the company was incorporated as a joint-stock company and established itself in the construction of major public and private works, becoming one of the most authoritative general contractors in the national market for the development of thermal and electrical power plants, as well as air and water treatment systems.
