This was highlighted by Pasquale Guastamacchia in an interview published in <em>Nuovo Quotidiano di Puglia<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the interview, the General Director of Guastamacchia S.p.A. points out that the renewable energy sector is still hindered by extremely long permitting procedures, a shortage of staff in the relevant administrative offices, and continuous regulatory changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also draws attention to emblematic cases, such as a project launched in 2007 that has still not been completed, despite having received a favorable Environmental Impact Assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the interview, this situation reflects an administrative complexity that slows down the energy transition and disadvantages structured operators active in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The issue of bureaucracy is also intertwined with the debate on land consumption.
