The Firm will communicate to third the personal data from You furnished only when the diffusion is necessary to the carrying out of his own activity and the pursuit of the finalities recalled to the following period, as well as in the case this is due for law. Insofar, the personal data and identified will be communicated, besides, to: 1) society connected to the firm; 2) public corporate body or society of private nature, for the fulfilment of the obligations of law; 3) firm of search and selection of the personnel.
The personal data from You furnished will be treated with the support of papery means, computers or data transmission, exclusively for the activity of search and selection of the personnel to be inserted in his own structures.
The submittal of the data is optional and Your refusal to furnish it will determine for the Holder the impossibility to consider Your candidacy to establish possible relationships of job.
Data will be treated thin to a maximum of 1 year, subsequently they will be cancelled, excepted different signalling of the party.
Moreover, Guastamacchia S.p.A. can use Your data for the dispatch of information on initiatives of formation and contests.

Rights of which to the article 7 of the D.lgs. 196/03
1. The party has the right to get the confirmation of the existence of personal data that concern him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The party has the right to get the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the finalities and formality of the treatment;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment effected with the aid of electronic tools; d) of the extreme identified of the holder, of the persons responsible and of the designate representative to the senses of the article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or of the categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that can know as designate representative in the territory of the State, of persons responsible or entrusted.
3. The party has the right to get:
a) the updating, the rectification or, when it has interest, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data treated in violation of law, inclusive those of which not the maintenance is necessary in relationship to the purposes for which the data have been picked or subsequently treated;
c) the attestation that the operations of which to the letters a) and b) have been suited to knowledge, also as it regards their content, of those people to which the data have been communicated or diffused, excepted the case in which such fulfilment reveals it impossible or it openly behaves an employment of means disproportionate compared to the protected right.
4. the party has the right to oppose, in everything or partly:
a) for legitimate motives to the treatment of the personal data that concern him, in spite of pertinent to the purpose of the compilation;
b) to the treatment of personal data that concern him to the aim of dispatch of advertising material or direct sale or for the conclusion of searches of market or commercial communication
