Guastamacchia has been planning, building and selling big residential buildings for the past 40 years.

Guastamacchia is about to finish a new residential set of buildings in Bari (new the new soccer stadium); it recently finished the “Gamma Elite” residential area in the town of Carbonara (near Bari); finally, it is currently building multi-family houses in the town of Bisceglie.

The company is also about to begin building a private residential area in the Sant’Anna Bari neighbourhood, and it might be assigned a few more building plots in the town of Trani (in the BAT province).
